INSPECT HAZARD WARNING SWITCH
Disconnect the hazard warning switch connector.
Do the hazard warning lights stop flashing?
Yes
Replace the hazard warning switch.
No
Go to the next step.

INSPECT RELATED WIRING HARNESS SHORT TO GROUND
Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
Disconnect the flasher control module connector.
Measure the resistance between flasher control module terminal H and ground.
Is the resistance more than 10,000 ohms?
Yes
Replace the flasher control module.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.
