2. Referring to the following chart, perform visual inspection for obvious mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

3. If the cause of the indicated or obvious malfunction is detected, repair as necessary before going to the next step.

4. If the malfunction is not visually evident, verify the symptom, then go to "SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING [SUNROOF]."(See SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART [SUNROOF].)
