INSPECT WDS OR EQUIVALENT
Inspect the WDS or equivalent terminal for damage.
Is the terminal normal?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|

No
|
Repair the WDS or equivalent connector. Inspect the system for normal operation.
|

|
INSPECT DLC-2 FOR DAMAGE
Turn the ignition switch off.
Inspect the DLS terminal for damage.
Is the terminal normal?
|
Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
|
No
|
Repair or replace the DLC-2. Inspect the system for normal operation.
|
|

|
INSPECT WDS OR EQUIVALENT VOLTAGE
Measure the voltage at DLC-2 terminal D.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
|
Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
|
No
|
Repair the circuit. Inspect the system for normal operation.
|
|

|
INSPECT DLC-2 GROUND
Measure the resistance between DLC-2 terminals (H, J) and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
|
Yes
|
Repair the WDS or equivalent. Inspect the system for normal operation.
|
|
No
|
Repair the malfunctioning circuit. Inspect the system for normal operation.
