• Malfunction in the TURN 10 A fuse

• Malfunction in the related wiring harness

• Malfunction in the TR switch

Diagnostic Procedure

STEP

INSPECTION

ACTION

INSPECT TR SWITCH VOLTAGE
Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
Disconnect the TR switch connector.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Measure the voltage at TR switch terminal E.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.

INSPECT TR SWITCH GROUND
Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
Measure the resistance between TR switch terminal A and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
Replace the back-up light switch or the TR switch.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.
