If you receive complaints about abnormal suspension sounds (clunks, pops, groans, rubbing sounds) which occur when driving over rough or uneven surfaces, try tightening the suspension crossmember mounting bolts to the high side of the torque value shown in the service manual. This can be effective for reducing or eliminating noises from both the front and rear suspension.
