HEATER CORE

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL




1. Remove the heater and cooling unit. Refer to "HEATER & COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY" . Service and Repair
2. Remove the heater core pipe support screws and then remove the heater core pipe support.




3. Remove the heater core cover screws and then remove the heater core cover.




4. Remove the heater core.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
