Blades Cycle In and Out of Park Position When Wiper - Procedure 10 Is Shut Off

PROCEDURE 10 - BLADES CYCLE IN AND OUT OFPARK POSITION WHEN WIPER IS OFF:

Motor End Cover Replacement - Procedure 11 ( see page 9)
Before performing any diagnosis of the system to determine the cause of these conditions, the following two items should be checked: A) Wiper fuse is not blown; and, B) That the wiper motor ground strap is secure and that the ground strap has continuity to the body ground.

NOTICE: When the diagnostic procedure requires wiper motor operation, the windshield and wiper blades must be cleaned to avoid damaging glass.
