Automatic Level Control Air Dryer Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.





2. Remove the hose (1) from the air dryer (2).





3. Remove the mounting screw (1).





4. Rotate the air dryer (1) to remove from compressor.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the air dryer (1) to the compressor.






2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the air dryer mounting screw (1).
Tighten the screw to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).





3. Install the hose (1) onto the air dryer (2).
4. Lower the vehicle.
