Expansion Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVING AND INSTALLING EXPANSION VALVE 1.
Discharge air conditioner.
2.
Pull refrigeration insulating tape off
expansion valve.
3.
Press off holder for capillary tube.
4.
Unscrew connection.
5.
Unscrew pressure-compensating tube from evaporator outlet.
6.
Unscrew union nut from evaporator inlet and remove
expansion valve.
