Diagnosis information - DME (DFI)

Ambient temperature via CAN (from front control unit via instrument cluster)

NOTE: This fault is stored if the front control unit signals a fault in the temperature sensor via the instrument cluster.

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on more than 5 seconds

Possible fault causes
- Electrical fault in the area of outside temperature sensor - front control unit (see fault memory for front control unit)
