Oxygen sensor ahead of catalytic converter, bank 2 - signal too rich/lean

NOTE: This fault is detected if the oxygen sensor signal ahead of the catalytic converter deviates by a certain value from the control value (rich/lean mixture) within a certain time.
Diagnosis is initiated by fault detection in mixture control.

Diagnostic conditions
- Engine running more than 35 seconds
- Mass air flow 10 ... 500 kg/h
- All 4 oxygen sensors ready for operation
- No overrun fuel cut-off
