28. Fluid Pump Cleaning and Inspection

FLUID PUMP CLEANING AND INSPECTION

- J 45185 Bore Gage Set





IMPORTANT: Measure the inner diameter of fluid pump body bushing in different locations and take an average measurement. If the measurement is greater than the maximum, replace fluid pump body with a new one.

1. Using the Bore Gage Set J45185, measure the inner diameter of the fluid pump body bushing. Use micrometer to measure J45185 reading.





IMPORTANT: Measure the inner diameter of stator shaft bushing in different locations and take an average measurement. If the measurement is greater than the maximum, replace stator shaft with a new one.

2. Using the bore gage set J45185, measure the inner diameter of stator shaft bushing. Use micrometer to measure J45185 reading.
