42. No. 2 Rear Control Valve Body Assemble

NO. 2 REAR CONTROL VALVE BODY ASSEMBLE





1. Inspect number 2 rear control valve body (445) casting for the following conditions:
^ Porosity
^ Cracks
^ Damaged machine surface
^ Chips or debris
^ Damage to valve bores
2. Inspect all valves, springs and bushings. Clean all components in cleaning solvent.





3. Install 2nd clutch control valve (446).
4. Install 2nd clutch control valve spring (447).
5. Install 2nd clutch control valve plug (448).
6. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).





7. Install lock-up control valve (454).
8. Install lock-up control valve plunger (455).
9. Install lock-up control valve spring (456).
10. Install lock-up control valve sleeve (457).
11. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).





12. Install check valve No. 1 (451).
13. Install reverse shift restrict ball (452).
14. Install check valve No. 2 (453).
15. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).





16. Install spring loaded accumulator check valves (353).
17. Install TCC check valve (450).
18. Install TCC check valve spring (449).
