Timing Belt Removal

- EN 46331 Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley Retaining Bolt
1. Important: The powertrain control module (PCM) has to perform the crankshaft position learn process under the following conditions:
^ The crankshaft position (CKP) sensor is removed for replacement or during disassembly
^ The timing belt is removed for replacement or during disassembly
^ The CKP Pattern Clear is executed from the scan tool
^ The PCM is replaced
Use the EN 46331 to retain the tensioner pulley. Tighten until snug.
2. Loosen the idler pulley bolt (238) about 5 or 6 turns.
3. Remove the belt (235).
4. Remove the EN 46331.
