Crankshaft Balancer Cleaning and Inspection





1. Clean the grooves of the pulley. Remove all dirt or debris.
2. Inspect the balancer for the following conditions:
^ Worn or damaged belt grooves (1)
^ Excessive grooves, wear, or damage to the seal surface (2)
^ Damaged keyway groove (3)
