Toe Link Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the toe link to knuckle nut and bolt.





3. Remove the toe link to support nut and bolt.
4. Remove the toe link from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the toe link to the support assembly.

Important:
^ Install the bolt with the head towards the front of the vehicle.
^ Position the cam nut in same position as in the upper control arm.

2. Install the toe link to support nut and bolt.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the toe link to the knuckle.
^ Tighten the bolt to 160 Nm (118 ft. lbs.).
4. Tighten the toe link to support bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 160 Nm (118 ft. lbs.).
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Check the rear alignment. Refer to Measuring Wheel Alignment.
