PCV Valve Hose: Service and Repair

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (LAT) (2.4L Hybrid)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
2. Reposition the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose clamp at the camshaft cover.
3. Remove the PCV hose from the camshaft cover.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the PCV hose to the camshaft cover.
2. Position the PCV hose clamp at the camshaft cover.
3. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
