Reassembly Procedures For All Transmissions:

^ It will be necessary to transfer the spring to the new 1st driven gear.

^ After installing the correct 1st driven gear, replace the 1st gear synchronizer according to Section 3-1 of the applicable service manual.

^ Inspect the 1st - 2nd shifter fork for wear and replace if necessary.

^ Reassemble the pinion shaft according to Section 3-1 of the applicable service manual.

^ Reassemble the balance of the transmission in reverse order of disassembly.
