Oil Pump Removal and InstallationRemoval
1) Remove engine assembly from vehicle.
2) Remove cylinder head cover.
3) Remove generator bracket.
4) Remove timing chain cover.
5) Remove 1st timing chain, timing chain lower guide and crankshaft timing sprocket.
6) Remove oil pump (1).
Installation
1) Install oil pump (1).
Tightening torque
Oil pump bolt (a): 23 Nm (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lbf-ft)
2) Install 1st timing chain.
3) Install timing chain cover.
4) Install generator bracket.
5) Install OCV.
6) Install P/S pump bracket.
7) Install cylinder head cover.
8) Install accessory drive belt.
9) Install engine assembly from vehicle.
