A/T - No Forward Gears After Valve Body Replacement

TSB: 87-24 (Apr.)

SUBJECT: A40D

PROBLEM:
Bind up in Forward, No Forward after Valve Body Removal. Reverse OK




POSSIBLE SOLUTION:
The two oil delivery tubes are probably installed wrong. The short tube just cross over and beyond the long tube at the front of the transmission. See Figure 1.
