Valve Guide: Service and Repair

1. Remove valve guide from cylinder head using tool 09201-60011 or equivalent and hammer.
2. Check to ensure that valve guide bore is clean and lightly lubricated.
3. Install new valve guide until top of guide protrudes .642-.657 inch from top of cylinder head.
4. Ream valve guide to obtain specified stem to guide clearance.
