Disassembly and Assembly

1. Remove caliper as described under REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.
2. Using screwdriver, remove cylinder boot set ring and boot.
3. Place suitable rag or block between caliper and piston. Using compressed air, remove piston.
4. Using screwdriver, remove piston seal.
5. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to caliper boot, piston, piston seal, and both slide pins.
6. Install piston seal and piston in caliper.
7. Install caliper boot and set ring in cylinder.
8. Install pin boots to torque plate of main pin side.
9. Using a suitable driver, install slide bushing into torque plate of sub-pin side.
