Roof Headlining (4 - Door)
REMOVAL1. w/ Rear No.1 seat:
REMOVE REAR N0.1 SEAT
2. Except van:
REMOVE REAR N0.2 SEAT
3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE
Using a screwdriver, remove the back door scuff plate.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
4. REMOVE REAR LH QUARTER TRIM PANEL
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the speaker grille.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. Remove the quarter trim cover.
c. Using a screwdriver, remove the rear side trim board cover.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
d. Remove the luggage room light, then disconnect the connector.
e. Remove the 4 screws, clip and rear LH quarter trim panel.
5. REMOVE N0.2 LH REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the quarter pillar cover.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. Remove the 2 screws and No.2 LH rear window side garnish.
6. REMOVE LH REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH
a. Remove the No.1 rear seat outer belt shoulder anchor.
Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
b. Remove the 2 clips and LH rear window side garnish.
7. REMOVE FRONT LH QUARTER TRIM PANEL
a. Remove the front seat outer bolt floor anchor.
Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
b. Remove the front LH quarter trim panel, then disconnect the power outlet connector and heater control cable.
8. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR SCUFF PLATE
9. REMOVE RH QUARTER TRIM PANEL
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the speaker grille.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. Remove the quarter trim cover.
c. Using a screwdriver, remove the rear side trim board cover.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
d. Remove the slide door courtesy light, then disconnect the connector.
e. Remove the 3 screws, clip and RH quarter trim panel.
10. REMOVE N0.2 RH REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the quarter pillar cover.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. Remove the 2 screws and No.2 RH rear window side garnish.
11. REMOVE RH REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH
a. w/ Rear No.1 seat belt:
Remove the No.1 rear seat outer belt shoulder anchor.
Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
b. Remove the 2 clips and RH rear window side garnish.
12. REMOVE ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH
Using a screwdriver, remove the roof side rail garnish.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
13. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATES
14. REMOVE COWL SIDE BOARDS
15. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVERS
16. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the LH and RH front pillar garnishes.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. w/ Tweeter speaker:
Disconnect the connector.
17. REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH
a. Remove the front seat outer belt floor anchor.
Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
b. Remove the lower center pillar garnish.
c. Disconnect the connector.
18. REMOVE UPPER LH CENTER PILLAR GARNISH
a. Remove the front seat outer belt shoulder anchor.
Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
b. Remove the clip and upper LH center pillar garnish as shown in the illustration.
19. REMOVE UPPER RH CENTER PILLAR GARNISH
a. Remove the front seat outer belt shoulder anchor.
Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
b. Remove the upper RH center pillar garnish as shown in the illustration.
20. REMOVE COAT HOOKS
21. REMOVE ASSIST GRIPS
22. REMOVE SUN VISORS AND HOLDERS
23. REMOVE ROOF CONSOLE BOX
a. XLE, LE grade:
Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 lenses.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. CE grade:
Using a screwdriver, remove the lens.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
c. Remove the 3 screws and roof console box, then connect the connectors.
24. REMOVE REAR N0.1 ROOM LIGHT
a. XLE, LE grade:
Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 lenses.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. CE grade:
Using a screwdriver, remove the lens.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
c. Remove the 2 screws and rear No.1 room light, then disconnect the connector.
25. REMOVE REAR N0.2 ROOM LIGHT
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the lens.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
b. Remove the 4 screws and rear No.2 room light, then disconnect the connector.
26. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING
Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and roof headlining.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
