LH Headlamp Assy - Part 2:

OVERHAUL

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH
3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER




4. REMOVE LH HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connectors.
b. Remove the bolt, the 3 screws and the LH headlamp assembly.




5. REMOVE HEADLAMP, NO.1 BULB (W/O DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)
a. Remove the headlamp, No.1 bulb.




6. REMOVE HEADLAMP SOCKET COVER (W/ DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)
a. Remove the headlamp socket cover.




7. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLAMP BULB (W/ DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)
a. Rotate the bulb socket cover in the direction of the arrow and pull it off toward the rear of the vehicle.




b. Release the lock of the set spring and remove the discharge headlamp bulb.




8. REMOVE HEADLAMP, NO.2 BULB
a. Remove the headlamp, No.2 bulb.




9. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB
a. Remove the front turn signal lamp bulb and the front turn signal lamp bulb socket.
b. Remove the front turn signal lamp bulb from the front turn signal lamp bulb socket.

10. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LAMP SOCKET




11. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP BULB
a. Remove the clearance lamp bulb and the clearance lamp bulb socket.
b. Remove the clearance lamp bulb from the clearance lamp bulb socket.

12. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP SOCKET




13. REMOVE HEADLAMP LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING (W/ DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)
a. Remove the leveling motor assembly and the headlamp leveling motor base packing.




14. REMOVE HEADLAMP COVER (W/ DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)
a. Remove the 4 screws and the headlamp cover.

15. REMOVE HEADLAMP HOUSING PACKING (W/ DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)




16. REMOVE LIGHT CONTROL ECU (W/ DISCHARGE HEAD LAMP)
a. Remove the 2 screws.




b. Disconnect the connector and remove the light control ECU.

17. REMOVE HEADLAMP UNIT LH
18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
19. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
20. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
21. HEADLIGHT AIM ONLY
