Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE COOLER COVER NO.1
a. Release the 2 claw fittings and remove the cooler cover No.1.




2. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER
a. Remove the clean air filter.




3. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the 3 screws and air inlet servo motor.




4. REMOVE COOLING UNIT MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 screws and cooling unit motor with fan sub-assembly.


REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL COOLING UNIT MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY
2. INSTALL AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR
3. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER
