3UR-FE LUBRICATION: OIL LEVEL SENSOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER Removal

5. DRAIN ENGINE OIL Replacement

6. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER PIPE ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the oil cooler pipe.
7. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the oil level sensor connector.






(b) Remove the 4 bolts and oil level sensor.






(c) Cut off the gasket as shown in the illustration.
(d) Remove the gasket from the oil level sensor.
HINT: After cutting away the parts of the gasket shown in the illustration, remove only the outer part of the gasket.
