Disassembly

INSTRUMENT PANEL: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Remove the 3 screws and duct.





2. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Remove the 3 screws and duct.





3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Remove the screw and duct.





4. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Remove the screw and duct.





5. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.





6. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Removal

7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

8. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

9. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH CUSHION

(a) Remove the 2 cushions.





10. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors, detach the wire harness clamp and remove the instrument panel wire.





12. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (for Automatic Light Control System)

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the sensor.

13. REMOVE COOLER (SOLAR SENSOR) THERMISTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the thermistor.

14. REMOVE METER MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 brackets.





15. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the 2 cushions.





16. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the 2 cushions.





17. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the cushion.
