PTO ACCELERATION SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE







1 CHECK THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN TERMINALS.







1. Measure the voltage between B23 and B20 terminals of accelerator sensor.

Standard: 5 ± 0.5 V
(After measurement, turn the starter switch to "LOCK" position.)







2. MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN TERMINALS







1. Set the starter switch to "LOCK" position and connect signal check harness.
2. Disconnect harness connector of accelerator sensor.
3. Turn the starter switch to "ON" position. Measure the voltage between +5V terminal (chassis harness side) and GND terminals of accelerator sensor.

Standard: 5 ± 0.5 V







3. MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN TERMINALS
1. Connect the connector of the accelerator sensor.
2. Set the starter switch to "ON" (The engine is stopped).







3. Measure the voltage between A23 and B20 terminals of accelerator sensor.

Standard:
0 - 5 V (Release the accelerator pedal-depress the accelerator pedal fully)







4. MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN TERMINALS OF ACCELERATOR SENSOR







1. Check the connector of accelerator sensor connected.
2. Measure the voltage between SIG and GND terminals of accelerator sensor (chassis harness side).

Standard:
0 - 5 V (Release the accelerator pedal - depress the accelerator pedal fully)
