REMOVING AND INSTALLATION







IMPORTANT POINT - INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET.

NOTICE: Since the exhaust manifold gasket must be installed in one install the gasket with the black side facing toward the exhaust manifold.







2. INSTALL THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD.
1. Install the exhaust manifold onto the cylinder head and tighten the mounting nut in the order shown in the figure to the specified torque.

Tightening Torque: 53 N.m {5.4 kgf.m, 39 ft.lbf}

2. Retighten the same nuts according to the same procedure again.

NOTICE: Be sure to carry out the procedure.
