Front Bumper Fascia - Installation

INSTALLATION






1. Position the grille/ bumper fascia (1) on vehicle.

2. BUX vehicles, connect the head lamp washer hose to the washer pump.





3. Reconnect the electrical wiring harness (1), if equipped at the front rail support.





4. Reconnect fog lamp wire connectors (2), if necessary.





5. Install the two bolts (3) and two push pins (2) attaching the fascia to the upper core support. Tighten the bolts to 5.5 Nm (49 in.lbs.).

6. Install the bolts (4) attaching the front fascia to fender. Tighten the bolts to 5.5 Nm (49 in.lbs.).

7. Install the front wheelhouse splash shields fasteners, Splash Shield - Installation.





8. Install the push pins (1) attaching the fascia (3) to the lower support (2).

9. Lower the vehicle.
