PINPOINT TEST C: THE CHIME SOUNDS WHEN THE DRIVER DOOR IS AJAR (NO KEY IN IGNITION AND HEADLAMPS OFF)

Normal Operation
The instrument cluster (IC) sounds the warning chime when the driver door is open and the ignition switch is in the OFF position, or the headlamps are left on.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Headlamp switch
- Key-in-ignition warning switch (part of the ignition switch)
- Instrument cluster (IC)
