Disassembly

DOOR / HATCH: BACK DOOR: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS CHANNEL LH

(a) Disengage the clip and grommet, and remove the back window glass channel LH.





2. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS CHANNEL RH

(a) Disengage the clip and grommet, and remove the back window glass channel RH.





3. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle.





4. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and 4 clips, and remove the back door center garnish.





5. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish LH.





6. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish RH.





7. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the back door hole cover.





(b) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides, and remove the back door service hole cover LH.





HINT
Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

(c) Using a molding remover, disengage the clip and make a clearance between the back door trim board assembly and the body.





(d) Using the clearance and service hole, disengage the 13 clips and guide to remove the back door trim board assembly.





8. REMOVE BACK DOOR PANEL CUSHION

(a) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 back door panel cushions.





9. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

12. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

13. REMOVE REAR SPOILER ASSEMBLY Removal

14. REMOVE REAR WASHER NOZZLE Removal

15. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP Removal

16. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET Removal

18. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY Removal

19. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Monitor) Removal

20. REMOVE BACK DOOR STAY ASSEMBLY LH Removal

21. REMOVE BACK DOOR STAY ASSEMBLY RH
