Installation

P410 HYBRID TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: SHIFT LEVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SHIFT LOCK CONTROL UNIT ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the 3 connectors to shift lock control unit assembly.

(b) Install the shift lock control unit assembly with the 3 nuts.

Torque : 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

Installation

4. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Installation

5. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL Installation

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

7. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH Installation

8. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD Installation

10. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD Installation

11. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSPECT SHIFT LEVER

(a) Turn the power switch on (READY).

(b) Check that all available shift positions can be selected by moving the shift lever.

HINT
After the shift lock control unit assembly is replaced with a new one, perform the above operation. If this operation is not performed, moving the shift lever may not initially select shift positions.
