Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Description and Operation

This sensor uses a thermistor to measure differences in coolant temperature. Basic discharge duration readout comes from the signals sent from this sensor to the ECU. The resistance of the sensor decreases with a rise in coolant temperature.
