If an in-dash phone does not work, refer to TROUBLESHOOTING BY SYMPTOM and follow the appropriate flowchart. If the symptom seems related to an input problem, or is not covered by the flowcharts, do the Input Tests. Refer to the Wiring Diagrams as needed.
