Dashboard Side Trim Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required

- KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014
*Available through the Acura Tool and Equipment Program; 888-424-6857

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
- Take care not to scratch the dashboard or the related parts.
- The left side dashboard side trim is shown; the right side dashboard side trim is symmetrical.

1. Pry up on the front bottom edge of the dashboard side trim (A) with the appropriate trim tool to detach the clips. Gently pull out the trim to detach the clips, then remove the trim.





2. Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips into place securely.
