Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch A (2nd Clutch) Replacement

1. Do the battery removal procedure Removal and Replacement.

2. Remove the charge air cooler cover Service and Repair.

3. Remove the air cleaner Service and Repair.

4. Remove the battery base Engine Removal.

5. Remove the air bypass outlet pipe (A).






6. Disconnect the transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) connector, and remove the switch (A).





7. Install a new transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) and a new sealing washer (B), and tighten the switch.

8. Check the connector for rust, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary, then connect the connector securely.

9. Install the air bypass outlet pipe, and secure it with the clips. Install the hose in the clamp on the air bypass outlet pipe.

10. Install the battery base Engine Installation.

11. Install the air cleaner Service and Repair.

12. Install the charge air cooler cover Service and Repair.

13. Do the battery installation procedure Removal and Replacement.
