Clock Operation
The clock shows day, date, and time information on the center information display. If the clock display does not appear normal, use the self-diagnosis function to test it.
Self-diagnosis function Mode 1 and Mode 2 force all possible segments on. If any of the segments do not appear as shown below, the clock is faulty. Mode 3 forces all segments off. If there are any segments appearing, the clock is faulty.
If the clock is faulty, replace the center information display Electrical Compass Center Information Display Input Test.
Self-diagnosis Function
- Press and hold the "SET" button, the "V" arrow down button, and the "�" arrow up button, then turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Release all buttons after 1 second.
- Within 3 seconds, press and release the "SET" button, press and release the "V" arrow down button, and finally press and release the "�" arrow up button.
1. The self-diagnosis function begins with a blank display. Press and release the "�" arrow up button to scroll through the three modes.
2. Press the "SET" button to exit the self-diagnosis function.
