Check for loose battery terminals or connections.

Test the battery for a low state of charge Battery Test.

Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

Check for PGM-FI main relays Power Relay Test.

Check the starter Component Tests and General Diagnostics.

Check starter cut relay 1 and starter cut relay 2 Power Relay Test.

Check the transmission range switch Transmission Range Switch Test.

Check the ignition switch and its related circuits Ignition Switch Test.

Also check for

Poor ground at G101
