Tire Pressure Module: Service and Repair




TPMS Control Unit Replacement

NOTE: Make sure the TPMS control unit mounting base is not bent or twisted as this may affect communication with the indicators and the tire pressure sensors.

1. Make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0).

2. Remove the rear shelf Service and Repair.

3. Disconnect the TPMS control unit connectors (A).





4. Remove the TPMS control unit (B).

5. Install the TPMS control unit in the reverse order of removal.

6. Connect the HDS, and memorize the pressure sensor IDs Testing and Inspection. Do not memorize the IDs automatically.
