Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Service and Repair

Fuel Pulsation Damper Replacement

1. Relieve the fuel pressure Service and Repair.

2. Remove the charge air cooler.

3. Remove the injector cover.

4. Disconnect the connectors from the injectors, then remove the harness holder.

5. Remove the fuel pulsation damper (A) from the fuel rail (B).





6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new sealing washer (C).
