Fuel Filler Hose: Service and Repair

Fuel Fill Pipe Removal/Installation

1. Drain the fuel tank Service and Repair.

2. Remove the fuel fill cap.

3. Disconnect the fuel fill tube (A) from the fuel tank. Slide back the clamp, then twist the tube as you pull to avoid damaging it.






4. Remove the fuel fill pipe cover (A).





5. Disconnect the quick-connect fitting (B).

6. Remove the bolts (A), then remove the fuel fill pipe (B) and fuel fill tube (C).





7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: When connecting the fuel fill neck tube and pipe, align the marks (D) on the tube and pipe.
