Trunk Lid Latch Switch Test

1. Open the trunk lid, and remove the trunk lid trim Interior Trim Removal / Installation - Trunk Lid.

2. Disconnect the 3P connector (A) from the trunk lid latch (B).

3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.

4. If the continuity is not as specified, the trunk lid latch switch is faulty; replace the trunk lid latch Service and Repair.
