Idle Speed Increase Occurs,

- For vehicles with CIS fuel injection (check according to wiring diagram whether vehicle is equipped for idle speed increase).
- When high heating performance is required in all Climate Control modes (except OFF).
- When high cooling performance is required in the AUTO, DEF, and BI-LEV modes.
- When compressor ON.

Idle Speed Increase Does Not Occur,

- For vehicles with CIS-III fuel injection.
- When blower speed set to LO.
