Seat Belt Buckle Switch: Service and Repair

A sensor is integrated in the seat belt lock, driver's side. The sensor triggers the instrument cluster indicator light.

NOTE: Do not open or attempt to repair the seat belt lock under any circumstance.

Seat Belt Warning Electrical Connection, Checking
- Check with multimeter.

Seat Belt Lock Connector, Driver's Side, Terminal Assignment





1 Instrument cluster, belt indicator
2 Ground

- If seat belt lock sensor or wire is inoperative, replace seat belt lock assembly.
