Headlights, Removing and Installing

Removing
- Release sliding lock on headlight cover and remove cover.
- Remove turn signal/parking light housing.
- Disconnect headlight harness connector.
- Cover bumper beneath headlight with masking tape or soft cloth to avoid scratches.
- Remove body trim strip under headlight.
- Remove headlight screws (arrows).





- Flip down horizontal pointer (for headlight adjustment scale).
- Carefully remove headlight from front.

Installing
- Install headlight through front opening and align with body contours.
- Tighten two top screws (upper arrows), then tighten bottom screws (lower arrows).





- Flip up horizontal pointer (for headlight adjustment scale).
- Install body trim strip.
- Remove masking tape or cloth from bumper.
- Connect headlight harness connector.
- Install turn signal/parking light housing.
- Install headlight cover and engage sliding lock.
- After installing headlight, adjust headlight aim.
