Rear door, adjusting

Panel gap dimensions:







a - 4 mm ± 0.5
b - 5 mm ± 0.5
c - 3.5 mm - 0.5/ + 1

Adjusting door flush with contour of body
- To adjust door, loosen door hinge screws at B-pillar and shift door (elongated screw holes on hinge).


NOTE: Adjust rear of door depth (relative to car interior) via striker.


Adjusting via striker


NOTE:
- Adjust rear of door depth (relative to car interior) via striker.
- Striker must not be installed in such a way as to strain door lock.







- Remove bolts.
- Shift striker until door is flush with body.
- Tighten bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft lb).
