Erase DTC Memory (function 05)

Requirements
- DTC memory has been checked.

Erase DTC memory
- Press -> button.

Indicated on display (function selection):

Rapid data transfer HELP
Select function XX

- Press buttons -0- and -5- to select "Erase DTC Memory" function 05.

- Press -Q- button to confirm input.

NOTE:
- If the text shown opposite is displayed, the test sequence has not been performed properly.

Attention!
DTC Memory is not interrogated

- Observe test sequence exactly:

- Check DTC memory, repair any malfunctions which exist, and then erase DTC memory.

- If for example, the ignition was switched off between "Check DTC Memory" and "Erase DTC Memory", the DTC memory is not erased (check DTC memory once again).
