Functional Check Of Locking Cable





^ Switch ignition key to position -B- "Ignition ON".
- It must be possible to switch selector lever out of park position without it catching.
- It must not be possible to remove ignition key with selector lever in any position other than park.
^ Place selector lever in park position.
- Ignition lock must operate smoothly, without catching.
- With ignition key in position -A- "Ignition Off", it must not be possible to move the selector lever out of park. The ignition key can be removed.

^ Install steering column switch with trim.
