Side Airbag Connector, Disconnecting







NOTE:
- Before disconnecting igniter and Ground (GND) wiring, the mechanic should discharge any static electricity by briefly touching the bodywork or door striker plate.
- Components in magnified view are shown removed for better illustration.

- Pull retainer tab - 3 - with one finger in direction of - arrow - A -
- At the same time, use the other hand to pull connector for side airbag to the rear.
- Press retainer tab - 2 - and pull off connector - 1 - in direction of arrow.
